Australia wide delivery is available for all artworks. Shipping rates for selected works may be shown at checkout. Larger and oversized artworks are individually quoted so I can arrange the safest and most cost effective delivery option.

All artworks are carefully packaged for transport, with tracking details provided where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged to the purchaser.

Every artwork is carefully packaged before leaving the studio.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery. Where possible, please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage.

This will allow me to assist with the delivery claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.

As each artwork is an original, one of a kind piece, returns or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.

Please consider the artwork dimensions, colours, materials and details carefully before purchasing. I am always happy to provide additional photographs, video or information about an artwork before you make your decision.

If an artwork is faulty, damaged in transit or does not match its description, please contact me so I can arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Each artwork is created individually by hand. Variations in texture, surface, brushwork, materials and finish are part of the character of an original artwork and are not considered faults.

Artwork dimensions are provided as accurately as possible. Please check dimensions carefully before purchasing to ensure the work is suitable for your space.

Every effort is made to photograph artworks as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings and individual devices.

Texture and metallic details can also respond differently to changing light, so the work may shift subtly depending on where it is displayed.

Additional photographs or video of an artwork can be provided prior to purchase on request.

Unless otherwise stated, wall fixings and installation are not included. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the artwork is installed using fixings appropriate for the wall type, artwork weight and intended location.

Purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist, Collette Quinlan. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, commercially used or distributed without prior written permission.

I retain the right to use photographs and other images of the artwork for my portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, editorial and promotional purposes.

Sold means the artwork has been purchased and is no longer available.

Reserved means the artwork is temporarily unavailable. This may include work being held for an exhibition, art prize or another opportunity. Where relevant, the artwork description will include further information about when it may become available to purchase.

Reserved artworks are not available for purchase unless their status is updated.

If a work you love has already sold, commissions are open for original pieces inspired by previous works. No two paintings will ever be exactly the same, but I can create a new work with a similar feeling, palette or composition, or develop something more specifically tailored to your space, preferred size and colours.
